5. Delivery

You must provide accurate delivery information; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

6. Consumer Rights and Returns

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Please inspect your goods upon delivery. If items are damaged or faulty, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange collection and provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
